These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GamersXchange as a Content Creator, including creating an account, applying to and completing campaigns, earning and redeeming rewards, and purchasing or using Premium Access. By registering for an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using GamersXchange as an Advertiser, please also see our separate Advertiser Terms of Service, which governs campaign creation and advertiser obligations.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use GamersXchange, and certain campaigns and features have their own minimum-age or other eligibility requirements, which we enforce based on the information you provide when creating or updating your profile. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide, including your age, is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate profile information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe it has been compromised, misused, or used to violate these Terms.
GamersXchange lets you browse and apply to campaigns created by Advertisers, and submit proof of completed campaign work (such as links to posts on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, or Twitch). By applying to a campaign, you agree to:
To keep the marketplace fair and give Advertisers confidence that applications will be completed, you may only have a limited number of campaign applications active (Pending or In-Progress) at the same time. Free creators may have up to 4 active applications at once; creators with Premium Access (see Section 6) may have up to 6. A slot frees up once an application is completed or is no longer active (for example, if it is rejected).
You retain ownership of the content you create and submit for a campaign. By submitting content for a campaign, you grant the Advertiser and GamersXchange a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to view, review, and use that submission for purposes reasonably related to evaluating and administering the campaign (for example, confirming completion, reporting, and promotional case studies), unless the specific campaign states otherwise.
You may earn Karma Credits, GAMERSxTokens, or other in-platform rewards through activities such as completing campaigns, onboarding courses, and daily check-ins. These rewards:
If your campaign work qualifies for a cash payout, we will track your earnings in your platform wallet and, upon request, send a payout using the payout method you provide (such as PayPal). You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any tax obligations arising from payments you receive through GamersXchange. We may delay, withhold, or reverse a payout if we reasonably suspect fraud, a Terms violation, or a payment/chargeback dispute.
Premium Access is an optional 12-month membership that raises your active-application limit from 4 to 6. You can get Premium Access one of two ways:
Premium Access does not automatically renew — it runs for a single 12-month term and then expires; you may purchase or redeem a new term at that time if you wish to continue.
You may request a refund of a Premium Access purchase or redemption within 48 hours of buying or redeeming it. Once you have used a Premium-only benefit during that term — for example, submitting a campaign application that only succeeded because you were above the Free application limit — that term is no longer eligible for a refund, even if you are still within the 48-hour window. Refund requests are reviewed by our team; approving a request on a purchase reverses the original payment through PayPal, and approving a request on a karma redemption restores your 20,000 Karma Credits. Either way, your active-application limit reverts to the Free limit once the refund is processed, so please make sure you are within your new limit before requesting a refund.
Payments for Premium Access are processed by PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to PayPal’s own terms and privacy policy for that transaction, in addition to these Terms. We do not store your full payment card details.
GamersXchange may provide onboarding courses or other educational content to help you use the platform effectively. This content is provided for informational purposes to support your use of the Service and does not constitute professional, financial, tax, or legal advice.
In addition to the campaign-specific rules in Section 3, you agree not to:
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict access to certain features, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if required to do so by law. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of the reason for suspension or termination. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (such as payout obligations for work already completed, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
GamersXchange provides a platform connecting creators and advertisers, but does not guarantee that you will be accepted into any specific campaign, receive a specific number of campaign opportunities, or earn any particular amount of rewards or payouts. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GamersXchange will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or for legal or operational reasons. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice, and your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at: gamersxcontent@gmail.com.

GamersXchange (“GamersXchange,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a platform that connects gaming content creators and influencers with brands and advertisers for sponsored campaigns, and provides creators with tools to build their profile, complete onboarding courses, earn rewards, and get paid for their work. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have, when you visit our website or use our platform (together, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.
GamersXchange is an online marketplace and community for the gaming and content-creator industry. Our Service allows:
Our website address is: https://gamersxchange.com.
When you register for an account, we collect information such as your name, username, email address, password, date of birth or age range (used to determine campaign eligibility), profile photo, cover photo, biography, and any social media handles or links you choose to add to your profile. Advertiser accounts also provide company/brand name and business contact information.
When you apply to or participate in a campaign, we collect your application details and the content submissions you provide as proof of completed work, including links to your posts on third-party platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and Twitch. Advertisers can see the campaigns they created, the creators who applied, and the submissions made against their campaigns.
If you purchase a subscription (such as our Premium Access membership), our payment processor (currently PayPal) collects your payment details directly; we receive limited information such as the last four digits of your card, the transaction amount, status, and a transaction reference, but we do not store your full card number.
If you are a creator eligible for payouts, we collect the payout information you provide (such as a PayPal email address or other payout-method details) in order to send you your earnings, and we maintain a record of your wallet balance, transaction history, and payout requests.
We track the Karma Credits, GAMERSxTokens, and other rewards you earn or redeem on the platform, your daily check-in / streak activity, and your progress through any onboarding or educational courses offered on the Service.
If you contact us, participate in messaging or community features, or leave comments, we collect the content of those communications along with associated metadata (such as the date and time sent). If you leave a comment on the site, we also collect your IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (a “hash”) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it. The Gravatar service’s privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public alongside your comment.
We may use tracking technologies (such as a tracking pixel and link-tracking) in the emails we send you to see whether an email was opened and whether any links in it were clicked. We use this information to understand how effective our emails are and to improve communication with you.
Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit the Service, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device information, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit, through server logs and cookies.
If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies, for your convenience so you do not have to re-enter these details the next time you comment. These cookies last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we also set cookies to save your login information and interface preferences (such as sidebar state). Login cookies last two days, and preference cookies last about a year. If you select “Remember Me,” your login persists for two weeks. If you log out, login cookies are removed.
We also use cookies for essential platform functionality, such as keeping you logged in, remembering your campaign filter/tab selections, and supporting community (BuddyBoss) features.
We use the information we collect to:
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information as follows:
If you request a password reset, your IP address is included in the reset email for security purposes.
Pages on this site may include embedded content (for example, videos or social media posts referenced in a campaign submission). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if you had visited that other website directly, and those websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content, including tracking your interaction if you are logged in to that website.
We retain your account and profile information for as long as your account remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, tax, and payout-reconciliation obligations, and to resolve disputes. Campaign and transaction records (including payment and payout history) are retained for as long as necessary for accounting and legal purposes. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically.
If you have an account on this site, you can access, update, or correct most of your profile information at any time by editing your profile (your username cannot be changed). Depending on your location, you may also have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12 below.
The Service is not directed to children, and certain campaigns and features have their own minimum-age requirements which are enforced based on the age information you provide. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age required to use the Service without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (including the social media platforms creators submit work links from). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with information.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, please contact us at: gamersxcontent@gmail.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal or operational reasons. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
